The economist Noreena Hertz gained fame with controversial books on our economy. With her latest book she goes another way and she explores the confidence we have in experts. She states that relying too much on experts can be limiting and even dangerous. Whether they advise you on medical issues, on financial matters or other complex topics, we should never blindly follow experts and be aware of their limitations - and our own.
